Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your photoshoot up to 24 hours before it starts, either directly through our booking system or by contacting us.

Our sessions are perfect for groups of up to 8 people. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger groups.

Don’t worry - you don’t need to be a professional model to get great photos!
In the studio you’ll see yourself in the mirror and on a live screen that shows what the camera sees in real time. This helps you adjust poses and instantly see the result.
You can go with the flow, try different poses, and later choose your favorite shots - or come prepared with references saved on your phone. We also have photo albums from iconic photographers right in the studio - feel free to flip through them for ideas and inspiration before your shoot.

Pro tip: create a playlist with songs that energize or relax you - music helps you feel more confident and free.

Yes, if you’d like to take photos in shoes - please bring a clean pair. Why? The background is very easy to stain: if you wear outdoor shoes, it will look dirty in your photos.

That’s why you’re welcome to be barefoot, in socks, or wear clean shoes with the soles taped over with masking tape (we have tape available in the studio).

Of course! We have a changing room in the studio and a clothes rack where you can hang your outfits.

We don’t have in-house stylists or a separate makeup room, so it’s best to arrive fully ready for your shoot.

You’re welcome to do the final touches right in the studio — there’s a large mirror and proper lighting.

Yes, all the photos are automatically edited using the filter you choose when booking your photoshoot - either black&white or color.

There’s no limit! You’ll receive all the photos you take during your session.
The remote will be in your hands, so it’s completely up to you how many shots you capture.

Absolutely! We love having little ones in the studio!

As much as we love animals, pets aren’t allowed since the shopping mall doesn’t permit them.

Our gift certificates are valid for 6 months and can be used for any type of session - 15, 45, or 90 minutes.
